About Newlyn Property Developments

Newlyn Property Developments, a family partnership, was established in 1989 by the late James Clinkscale L.B.C.A. and his daughter Belinda Nunn. Mr. Clinkscale died in 2007.

The business is now owned and managed by his daughter Belinda Nunn. The property consultant is Mr. Frank Entwistle. Belinda Nunn owns all the properties and therefore gives a more personal service to her tenants.
