Newlyn Property Developments, a family partnership, was established in 1989 by the late James Clinkscale L.B.C.A. and his daughter Belinda Nunn. Mr. Clinkscale died in 2007.

The business is now owned and managed by Belinda Nunn and specialises in rented accommodation, either commercial or click here for residential.

Belinda Nunn owns all the properties and therefore provides a more personal service to her tenants. Mr. Simon Sanderson (B.L.E. (Hons) M.R.I.C.S.) from Edwin Thompsons, Galashiels, is her Property Consultant. 

At present she has commercial properties in central Galashiels, which is a thriving community that is expanding rapidly. New 24hr ASDA and Tesco superstores opened in 2006. Marks & Spencer, Next, New Look and other major stores opened in 2007. Following recent development works within Galashiels town centre, which has included the development of the two said supermarkets and Gala Water Retail Park to the east, the town centre has been refocused to the eastern end of the town.  This has resulted in a significant level of footfall passing along Green Street onto market Street, where most of the subjects are situated. 

Our commercial properties consist of a restaurant, café, retail shops, bookmaker, warehouse, office and storage facilities.
