Newlyn Property Developments was a family partnership established in 1989 by the late James Clinkscale L.B.C.A. and his daughter Belinda Nunn. Mr. Clinkscale died in 2007.

Belinda Nunn, now a sole trader, not only owns all the properties but manages them herself, therefore providing a more personal service to her tenants. She works from an office nearby to her properties and is always avasialble to her tenants there, or by mobile contact/answering message.

Mr. Frank Entwistle is the Property Consultant and is also available to her tenants for advice.

At present she owns 7 fully furnished houses/flats and commercial properties comprising retail, offices, bookmaker, restaurant, café and storage premises. All these properties are to let in central Galashiels.
